How do I order?

Orders can be placed through the website by adding products to your cart and proceeding with checkout. You can also call the gallery at 541 325 6225 or stop by 118 NW Minnesota Ave in Downtown Bend Oregon.

What is the turnaround time?

For prints, the standard turnaround time is 4-8 weeks. Books are shipped right away. Please allow extra time during the holidays and inclement weather.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Jeffrey Murray prints are custom produced for each order and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Changes to your artwork cannot be made once your order is placed.

is your website secure?

Yes. We don’t see any of your card information and never store or collect any information from you. Order with confidence knowing that we take your privacy very seriously.

is there sales tax?

Being based in Oregon, USA we do not charge sales tax and all products are priced with their cost before shipping.

do you sell gift certificates?

Yes. We can issue a gift card for any specific amount or for individual products. Call the gallery at 541 325 6225 or email us at sales@jeffreymurrayphotography.com to order.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our gallery is located in beautiful downtown Bend, Oregon. Just steps from the banks of the Deschutes River, our gallery features hundreds of Jeffrey’s pieces in an inviting warm atmosphere. Stop by at 118 NW Minnesota Ave, Bend Oregon the next time you find yourself in town.

How do you ship?

Most prints are shipped via Fed Ex. Sometimes UPS and the United States Postal Service are used as well. If you have any restrictions on your shipping please contact us and we will accommodate.

is my order insured?

All prints are professionally packaged and handled by professionals start to finish. Your order will ship insured, with tracking and guaranteed to show up in pristine condition.

What if my print is damaged?

In the rare case that a print arrives damaged in transit, simply contact us with pictures of the damaged print, and the damaged box. Please keep all packaging until the case has been closed.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. But if a PO Box is your only option, we can often find a work around, ie: hand delivery. Please contact us if you only have a PO box and we will see what we can do to help.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with tracking that you can follow. Tracking its included on all orders at no additional cost.

do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, but shipping costs may vary with taxes and duties, so please contact us for a shipping quote on all orders being shipped outside the USA.

What’s your story?

I have had a photography career that has spanned decades and includes more than can be fit into this small of a space. Take a look at my bio for a detailed timeline of what brought me to where I am today.

you been to all these places?

As far as I know, yes. With hundreds of thousands of road miles under my belt I have photographed nearly every state in the United States as well as Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. After living on the road for the better part of a decade, I have a very extensive catalog of work.

Where are you from?

With my roots being in the San Francisco area, I have also lived in The Sierra Nevada, Arizona, Washington and Oregon. During that time, I spent most of his time on the road pursuing my love of the road and travel.

Are you formally trained?

Yes. I studied photography and photojournalism at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. After graduating from NAU with a 4 year Photography degree, I worked in the photojournalism field with various magazines, newspapers and other publications.

What’s the best place to shoot?

The Salton Sea in southern California. The landscape and history there yields the most unique images. If you are unfamiliar with the Salton Sea, it is an inland water mass located between Palm Springs and Mexico that once was a thriving resort community that’s long been abandoned.

What equipment do you use?

My images are made with a combination of Fuji, Hasselblad, Phase One, Canon and Leica camera systems..

How long has jmp been around?

Jeffrey Murray Photography was founded in the early 2000’s and has been operating a solo gallery in Oregon since 2012.

I am located in historic downtown Bend Oregon at 118 NW Minnesota Ave. Feel free to stop by anytime.

Tuesday - Saturday 11-5

can I see the art in person?

Of course. Outside of many private collections, hundreds of my pieces can be viewed at his my in downtown Bend. Please stop by and see the work for yourself.
