Bachelor Waves +

I skied uphill using skins to reach the top of the cinder cone at Mt. Bachelor, a familiar trek transformed by an extraordinary dawn. Having photographed countless sunrises from this vantage point, I was captivated by the unique patterns carved into the snow by the wind. This morning, the textures and hues painted across the landscape were unlike anything I had encountered before, creating an otherworldly canvas that beckoned to be captured. The combination of serenity and spectacle reminded me why I continue to embrace these moments in nature.
