Camping on Salt Beach in Kauai offered a unique perspective for capturing the tranquil beauty of palm trees at dawn. As the first light broke over the horizon, the silhouettes of these majestic trees stood tall against the colorful sky, providing a stunning foreground to the serene landscape. However, the experience was not without its challenges. The campground, somewhat disheveled and reminiscent of a homeless camp, felt uneasy when a local man lingered nearby, intently watching our tent. After one restless night, we decided we had captured the essence of the scene and it was best to move on.
