In an effort to further advance the photographic craft and help better people's understanding and respect for the natural world, Jeffrey is now offering instructional photo tours located in California, the American Southwest and the Sierra Nevada. Prices range from $350 to $450 per person/per session or $300 to $400 for groups of 3 or more. These instructional sessions are purely in the field. An image and portfolio review are available upon request for an extra fee. Each session starts at sunrise and ends after sunset (whenever the light is gone). During this time, we will hike into our location, scout, discuss techniques, answer questions, photograph and hike back. Discussions will include but are not limited to, equipment, locations, conditions, weather, exposure, lighting, f-stop, filters metering etc. Multiple day trips are available and can possibly be offered at a discount price. Price includes a pre-trip discussion where we will decide together what the best trip and location will be for you. Participants are responsible for transportation to and from the location but carpooling is always encouraged. Most dates are customizable and other locations are available upon request. All trips must be booked at least one week in advance (Southwest 2 weeks). There is a 50% deposit required to book a trip.
