Every once in a while I run into a day where Mother nature does everything she can to make it so I am not in the "right place at the right time" and it seems that for me, those days are when I come up with my best images. On this trip I ran into everything from raod closures, to chain restrictions, car troubles and everything in between. I really could write a book on this day. I ended up hitch hiking into the valley this morning and spending the day with a fellow photographer. As we both waited at the gates of the valley, we joked about how "this one better be a good one". I'll let you decide...
